Job Description:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and organized Sales Coordinator to support our sales team and ensure smooth coordination with students, counsellors, and university partners.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with the sales/admission counselling team for daily activities and follow-ups.
• The sales Coordinator will be responsible for completing the documentation process after admission and will also be responsible for reference calling.
• Maintain admissions, and sales records.
• Follow up with prospective students and assist in the admission process.
• Coordinate with internal teams and university partners for student documentation and admissions.
• Prepare daily/weekly sales reports and track targets.
• Ensure timely communication and resolution of student queries.
• Support the sales team in achieving monthly admission targets.

Requirements:

• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets.
• Good follow-up and organizational skills.
• candidates with relevant experience can apply.
• Experience in EdTech, education, telesales, or admissions will be an advantage.
