Risk Support Executive

1. Logging Channel will raise CRM under 

·  Foreclosure Statement Unsecured Business Loan (ALN/CVL/CE /BLN) MSME - Email

·  Foreclosure Statement ?BLN 

·  MSE cases for BLN

2. In the meantime, Retail Assets Sales – Customer Service team will raise email to business unit.

3. Business team will connect with customer and understand the reason for closure , update the comments on email, and share with us. Customer service team will raise for approval with Business team along with business justification.

4. After receiving the approval from Business, RAS team share the FC link to the customer on his register email id

In hand Upto : 20k in hand ( for 1 year ) ( 14k from Bank + 6k from DBT)

Shift Timing : 9:30 am to 6:00 pm

Week offs : ( as per bank Holiday)

Required Skills :

Good communication skills (English/Hindi/Regional language as applicable).

Basic computer proficiency.

Ability to handle customer queries over the phone.

Problem-solving attitude, and customer-centric approach.

Important Notes:

* Graduation Degree/ Certificate is Mandatory (Hard Copy)

* CIBIL Score must be 700 or above

* Age limit is upto 35 Years only

Skills and Requirements:

1. Excellent communication skills: Strong verbal communication and listening skills.

2. Customer service experience: Prior experience in customer service, preferably in the financial industry.

3. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment: Handle high-volume calls while maintaining quality and professionalism.
