Job OverviewWe are looking for a Business Analyst – E-commerce to work closely with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to track business performance, generate actionable insights, and drive key business initiatives.

The role will involve business analytics, performance tracking, dashboard management, strategic planning, and cross-functional execution. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working with data, identifying business opportunities, and communicating insights to senior stakeholders.

Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness Analysis & Performance Tracking

• Track and analyse key e-commerce metrics such as revenue, orders, conversion rate, ASP, category performance, and sales trends.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports and dashboards.
• Identify performance gaps, trends, and growth opportunities through data analysis.
• Conduct deep dives into business performance and identify key drivers behind changes.

Management Reporting & MIS

• Prepare structured MIS reports, dashboards, and presentations for senior management.
• Develop meaningful business insights from large and complex datasets.
• Track key KPIs and ensure timely reporting of business performance.
• Support weekly and monthly business review meetings.

Business Strategy & Execution

• Support leadership in tracking key strategic priorities and business initiatives.
• Translate business objectives into actionable plans and monitor progress.
• Work with different teams to ensure timely execution of key initiatives.
• Identify operational gaps and support process improvement initiatives.

Cross-functional Coordination

• Coordinate with E-commerce, Category, Marketing, Supply Chain, Operations, and Technology teams.
• Follow up on action items arising from management reviews.
• Work with stakeholders to resolve issues and accelerate execution.
• Support evaluation of new business opportunities and initiatives.
• Required SkillsStrong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Advanced MS Excel skills.
• Experience in business analysis, MIS reporting, dashboards, and KPI tracking.
• Good understanding of e-commerce business metrics.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work with senior stakeholders and multiple teams.
• Strong ownership and execution mindset.
• Ability to convert data into actionable business insights.

EducationBachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, Commerce, or a related field. MBA/PGDM preferred.
