Job Responsibilities
- Contact potential customers through calls, WhatsApp, email and other channels.
- Explain company products/services and understand customer requirements.
- Generate leads and follow up with interested prospects.
- Maintain regular follow-ups to convert leads into sales.
- Schedule meetings or product demonstrations when required.
- Update customer details and sales activities in CRM/Excel.
- Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets.
- Maintain good relationships with customers.

- Basic computer and internet knowledge.
