Job Description
- Key Responsibilities: End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for all franchise-level staffing requirements across national locations.
- Role Mapping & Sourcing: Source candidates for key store roles including Washermen (Wash-house Operators), Pressmen (Ironing/Finishing Specialists), Store Supervisors, and Delivery Boys/Logistics Staff.
- Multi-Channel Sourcing: Utilise hyper-local sourcing methods, including local job portals, community networks, blue-collar job boards, walk-in drives, and referral programs tailored to specific tier-1 and tier-2 cities.
- Screening & Assessment: Conduct initial telephonic and video screenings to evaluate candidate reliability, basic skill proficiency, and behavioral fit for customer-facing or operational store environments.
- Verification & Compliance: Coordinate mandatory background verification, identity checks, and document collection (Aadhaar, police verification where applicable) to maintain safety and trust across franchise units.
- Coordination with Franchisees: Act as the primary bridge between franchise owners and the talent pool, understanding their localized staffing quotas, scheduling interviews, and securing timely hiring approvals.
- Pipeline Management: Maintain an active, pan-India talent database and talent pipelines for rapid deployment ahead of scheduled store launches (scaling up to 2 store openings per month).
- Onboarding & Handover: Facilitate introductory onboarding orientation and hand over newly hired candidates to the internal training team for operational readiness.
