WeStudio is an Experiential Design & Environmental Branding company working on corporate offices, data centres, institutions and commercial spaces.

We are looking for an Operations Executive who can efficiently coordinate projects from order to execution, billing and closure.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate multiple ongoing projects, clients, vendors and site teams.

- Maintain project trackers for PO, production, dispatch, installation, invoicing and payments.

- Follow up for client POs, approvals, site readiness and project requirements.

- Coordinate vendors, fabrication, material dispatch and installation schedules.

- Maintain quotations, POs, invoices, delivery challans and project documentation.

- Coordinate billing and follow up for outstanding payments.

- Maintain organised project files and provide regular status updates to management.

- Identify delays and ensure timely project completion.

We Are Looking For

A well-organised, responsible and proactive person with strong coordination, follow-up and communication skills.

Good knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets, documentation and basic commercial processes is required.

Experience in interiors, signage, branding, fit-outs or project-based businesses will be preferred.
