Operations Coordinator

We are looking for an ISO Officer / ISO Coordinator to support ISO documentation, compliance, audits and follow-up activities across the organization.

Responsibilities

- Handle day-to-day ISO activities and documentation.

- Coordinate with different departments for ISO compliance.

- Maintain ISO documents, procedures, records and formats.

- Assist in internal and external ISO audits.

- Track and follow up on NCR, CAPA and audit observations until closure.

- Follow up on pending ISO action points with respective departments.

- Monitor implementation of SOPs and work instructions.

- Prepare ISO reports and compliance updates.

- Support QMS implementation and continuous improvement activities.

- Coordinate with Production, Quality, HR, Maintenance and other departments for ISO requirements.

Requirements

- Candidates with previous ISO experience are preferred.

- Freshers with a relevant Diploma / Degree and a strong interest in ISO work can also apply.

- Candidates who have worked as ISO Officer, ISO Coordinator, ISO Executive, QMS Executive or ISO Engineer are preferred.

- Basic knowledge of ISO 9001 / QMS is an advantage.

- Strong follow-up and coordination skills.

- Good documentation and communication skills.

- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.

- Mechanical qualification is preferred; candidates with other relevant technical qualifications may also be considered.
