Inventory Manager

We are looking for an Inventory Executive to manage inventory operations, maintain accurate stock records, monitor stock levels, and coordinate with purchase, warehouse, sales, and accounts teams to ensure smooth inventory flow.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain accurate records of stock receipts, issues, transfers, and returns.
• Monitor inventory levels and identify shortages or excess stock.
• Perform regular physical stock counts and reconcile differences with system records.
• Prepare inventory reports and maintain proper documentation.
• Coordinate with purchase and warehouse teams for timely stock availability.
• Track damaged, expired, slow-moving, and obsolete inventory.
• Update inventory transactions in ERP/software accurately and on time.
• Investigate stock discrepancies and assist in resolving inventory-related issues.
• Ensure proper storage, labeling, and organization of inventory.
• Support internal and external inventory audits.
• Follow company procedures for inventory control, safety, and documentation.

Requirements:

• Graduate/Diploma in Supply Chain, Commerce, Logistics, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in inventory, warehouse, or stock management.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel and inventory/ERP software.
• Strong numerical and analytical skills.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.
