Customer Support Associate – Assurance Process

Job Overview
Hiring Customer Support Associates for an international banking process. This is a semi-voice role involving customer support through calls and emails related to home loans and mortgage services.
Eligibility
* HSC (12th Pass) with a minimum of 6 months of customer support experience
* Graduates can apply as freshers
* Good English communication skills
* Basic computer knowledge
Salary
* Freshers: Up to ₹22,000+ per month
* Experienced: Up to ₹23,000+ per month
* Performance incentives available ₹13,000+ Fixed
* Overall monthly earning potential up to ₹35,000–₹38,000
Shift Timings
* International Night Shift
* Any 9-hour shift between 5:30 PM and 3:30 AM
* Saturday, Sunday Weekoff
