Job Description
We are looking for a proactive and experienced HR Executive with 3–5 years of experience, preferably within the NBFC, BFSI, banking, or financial services sector. The candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day HR operations, employee engagement, recruitment, compliance, performance management, and HR administration while ensuring alignment with organizational policies and applicable regulatory requirements.
