Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

1. Manages talent acquisition process including sourcing, testing, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding.

2. Maintain employee records and prepare HR documents including offer letters, appointment letters, confirmation letters, and separation-related documents.

3. Manage attendance, leave records, and payroll inputs while coordinating payroll processing.

4. Coordinate with the external HR consultant for statutory compliance, payroll, and implementation of HR policies.

5. Coordinate employee welfare initiatives, engagement activities, and training programs.

6. Coordinate housekeeping staff to ensure cleanliness and hygiene of office and factory premises.

7. Support management in addressing employee concerns and improving employee satisfaction.

8. Assist in maintaining HR documentation and supporting ISO audits.

Desired Candidate Profile

Candidate must be

1. Bachelor's Degree in B.Com, BBA, BMS, Human Resources or a related discipline.

2. Good verbal and written communication skills in English and Marathi.

3. Strong interest in building a career in Human Resources.

4. Basic knowledge of payroll processing and statutory compliances such as EPF, ESIC, TDS, and Labour Laws.

5. Must be residing in Mumbai, preferably between Goregaon and Vasai.

6. Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word and etc).

7. Candidates who can join at short notice would be preferred.

8. Willing to travel to the factory (minimum once a week) as required.

9. Capable of building strong relations with staff
