Job Description

  • Recruitment and Staffing: Finding, interviewing, and hiring qualified candidates, writing job descriptions, and running onboarding programs for new workers.
  • Compensation and Benefits: Setting fair pay structures, bonuses, health insurance, and managing payroll processing.
  • Training and Development: Assessing skill gaps, planning workshops, and running ongoing training programs to boost worker skills.
  • Performance Management: Overseeing performance reviews, setting clear goals, and helping staff improve their daily work output.
  • Employee Relations: Resolving workplace conflicts, handling grievances, and acting as a bridge between staff and management.
