Role: HR Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Executive
Job Responsibilities:
- Understand client hiring requirements and job descriptions.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen resumes, conduct initial candidate calls, and schedule interviews.
- Coordinate with clients and candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Follow up on interview feedback and ensure successful candidate joining.
- Achieve monthly recruitment targets and maintain candidate databases.

- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
