Customer Service Executive – PharmaEasy


Location: Juinagar

Qualification: HSC Pass / Graduate

Shift: Rotational Day Shift

Week Off: Rotational


Job Responsibilities:

Handle customer queries related to medicine delivery status.

Resolve customer concerns through calls, chat, or email.

Provide accurate updates on orders and deliveries.

Ensure customer satisfaction and timely issue resolution.

Maintain records of customer interactions.

Requirements:

Good communication skills.

Basic computer knowledge.

Customer service experience preferred.
