Job Opening: Front Desk & Billing Executive

Kabul Flames Restaurant is looking for a responsible and customer-friendly person to manage the restaurant reception and billing desk.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the restaurant reception and welcome customers

• Prepare customer bills and handle billing at the counter

• Answer incoming customer calls and respond to basic queries

• Take takeaway and delivery orders over the phone

• Enter orders correctly into the billing/POS system

• Handle basic cash/card/UPI payment transactions

• Coordinate with the kitchen and service team regarding orders

• Maintain a clean and organised reception/billing area

Requirements:

• Basic computer knowledge

• Comfortable using a billing/POS system — training will be provided

• Good communication skills and polite phone etiquette

• Able to take customer orders accurately over calls

• Basic understanding of English/Hindi

• Previous restaurant, cashier, receptionist or billing experience is preferred but not mandatory

• Responsible, punctual and comfortable interacting with customers
