Loan Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Contact students and parents to promote education loan products and generate leads.

• Explain loan features, eligibility criteria, interest rates, repayment terms, and required documentation clearly.

• Understand students’ education plans and financial requirements and guide them toward suitable loan options.

• Follow up with interested leads, answer queries, and convert prospects into loan applications.

• Collect and verify application documents as per company process and coordinate with the loan processing team.

• Track leads, calls, follow-ups, application status, and sales conversions accurately.

• Achieve assigned daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets while maintaining professional customer service.

Required Skills

• Good verbal communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.

• Sales-oriented mindset and confidence in speaking with students and parents.

• Ability to handle objections, follow up consistently, and work toward targets.

• Basic computer skills and ability to maintain lead records.

• Knowledge of education loans or banking products is an advantage.
