Job Description – International Voice Process (Customer Support)


Position: International Voice Process Executive


Job Summary: We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused candidates to handle inbound and/or outbound calls for international clients. The role involves assisting customers, resolving queries, providing accurate information, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.


Key Responsibilities:


-Handle inbound and/or outbound customer calls professionally.


-Resolve customer queries and complaints efficiently.


-Provide accurate information about products and services.


-Maintain clear and professional communication.


-Meet quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction targets.


-Update customer records and document interactions in the system.


-Follow company policies and client guidelines.



Requirements:


  • Excellent verbal communication skills in English.


  • Strong listening and problem-solving abilities.


  • Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.


  • Ability to work in rotational shifts, including night shifts.


  • Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome (depending on company requirements).



Preferred Skills:


  • Customer service orientation.


  • Good interpersonal skills.


  • Ability to work under pressure.


  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
