Field Sales Executive

The Sales Executive will be responsible for generating business opportunities, developing customer relationships, and achieving sales targets for Pre-Engineered Building (PEB) solutions in Nashik and surrounding regions. The role involves identifying industrial, commercial, warehouse, logistics, and infrastructure projects, conducting technical discussions, preparing proposals, and closing orders.

• Roles & ResponsibilitiesGenerate new business opportunities for PEB projects.
• Identify prospective clients including industrial units, warehouses, logistics companies, contractors, architects, consultants, and developers.
• Conduct site visits and customer meetings to understand project requirements.
• Coordinate with design, estimation, and engineering teams for technical proposals and costing.
• Prepare and submit techno-commercial offers.
• Negotiate pricing, commercial terms, and contract conditions.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and consultants.
• Track market trends, competitors, and upcoming projects.
• Follow up on quotations and convert inquiries into orders.
• Ensure timely collection of payments as per agreed terms.
• Update TMS and sales pipeline regularly.
• Participate in exhibitions, industry events, and networking activities.
