G.uDay Consultancy is Authorised consultant for State Bank of India & Maha-RERA. We are seeking a experienced person in marketing & know the standard operating process with maintaining of accurate records and deliver a best performance for the SBI Loans (Home/Project/Business) and Real Estate project registration on Maha-RERA. The ideal candidate should have strong verbal communication skills, knowledge of ai and ability to manage Clients.

Your Roles:

1. Daily Calling to the Clients.
2. Communicate to a client for timely Payments & deliverable of documents.
3. Maintaining daily entries and records accurately.
4. Ensuring proper filing and documentation of all project records.
5. Daily Promotional Task Handling on Computer.
6. Maintaining confidentiality of company data.
7. Maintain our standard of "Zero-Error" documentation process.

Skills preferences:

• Good Communication Skill
• MS Office / Google Form / AI savvy / Advanced Excel / Excel formula and shortcut keys savvy
• Client Management / Task Management / Time Management
• Problem Solving / Error Detection & Fixing a Problem
