Sales Manager

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead and scale our B2B and B2C sales operations. In this role, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth, managing a mixed sales team of field and inside sales executives, and overseeing both high-value corporate accounts (B2B) and volume-driven retail/individual customer segments (B2C). You will build and execute winning sales strategies, mentor your team, and ensure ambitious monthly, quarterly, and yearly revenue targets are met.

B2B Sales Management

Drive the acquisition of new corporate, institutional, and B2B partner accounts.

Oversee long-term relationships with key B2B decision-makers, negotiate complex commercial contracts, and ensure high retention and renewal rates.

Guide the team through complex B2B sales cycles—from lead generation and RFPs/proposals to closing.

B2C Sales Management

Scale B2C acquisition channels, improve customer conversion funnels, and optimize direct-to-consumer or retail sales performance.

Monitor consumer feedback, resolve escalated customer service or sales issues, and maintain high brand reputation across B2C

Collaborate with the marketing team to design, launch, and track seasonal or product-specific B2C promotional campaigns.
