Real Estate Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Generate and manage leads through calls, references, site visits, and field marketing activities.

• Explain project details, pricing, and payment plans to clients.

• Conduct client meetings and property site visits.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and channel partners.

• Follow up with potential clients and maintain a sales pipeline.

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

• Coordinate with the sales and marketing team for campaigns and promotions.

• Maintain customer data and sales reports.

• Provide excellent customer service before and after sales.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or related field.

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

• Basic knowledge of real estate sales and customer handling.

• Ability to work in a target-oriented environment.

• Good presentation and interpersonal skills.

• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools is an advantage.
