We're Hiring | Sales & Support (Freshers & 1+ Year Experience)
Role: Sales & Support
Experience: 1+ Year (Freshers can apply)
📍 Location preference: Nagpur or nearby locations are preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
✅ Generate and follow up on sales leads.
✅ Build and maintain customer relationships.
✅ Handle customer enquiries via phone, email and WhatsApp.
✅ Resolve customer issues promptly.
✅ Achieve sales targets and maintain customer records.
Required Skills:
🔹 1+ year of experience in Sales & Support.
🔹 Strong knowledge of CRM Ticketing Tools. (Zoho CRM, citrix, Salesforce, etc.)
🔹 Advance computer knowledge.
🔹 Good problem-solving and communication skills.
