Job Description

📢 Hiring: Debt Collection Manager

📍 Location: Bezoragarh, Nagpur

💰 Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹45,000 + PF + Insurance + Other Benefits

🎯 Experience: Minimum 2 years of relevant Debt Collection/Recovery manager experience preferred


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage, train and motivate a team of collection executives.
  • Develop collection strategies and drive timely recovery of outstanding payments.
  • Monitor team performance, collection rates, customer interactions, feedback and follow-ups.
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and continuously grow the collection portfolio.
  • Identify new market opportunities and onboard new collection portfolios.
  • Plan and manage manpower deployment as per portfolio requirements.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies, collection guidelines and applicable regulations.
  • Monitor DRA certification and required ID cards for the team.
  • Identify team strengths and development areas to improve overall performance.

Ideal Candidate: Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, client-management and team-handling skills with proven experience in debt collection/recovery.
