Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and generate leads through field visits, local networking, and community engagement.
  • Promote our products/services to target audiences in residential societies, communities, and organizations.
  • Conduct meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Provide regular updates and maintain accurate sales records.

Qualifications & Candidate Profile

  • Experience: 1 to 2 Years of experience in Field Sales / Community Sales.
  • Education: Graduate or 10+2.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Attributes: Confident, self-motivated, and target-driven.
  • Mobility: Willing to travel within the city or local areas.

Compensation & Application Details

  • Fixed Salary: ₹3-4 LPA (Per Annum)
  • Benefits: Performance-based attractive incentives upon target achievement.

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
