Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Make Outbound Calls: Call potential and existing customers from a provided database to pitch products or services.
- Follow Scripts and Guides: Use predefined sales scripts while adapting to customer responses.
- Nurture Leads: Conduct follow-up calls and guide prospects through the sales pipeline.
- Manage CRM Data: Update customer details, call outcomes, and notes accurately in the computer system.
- Meet Targets: Achieve individual and team sales quotas, call volume metrics, and conversion goals.
- Handle Inquiries: Answer customer questions about pricing, features, and availability.
