Job Responsibilities

* Make outbound calls to new customers and generate sales leads.

* Follow up with new enquiries and convert leads into confirmed sales.

* Handle and maintain relationships with existing customers.

* Respond to customer enquiries through phone calls and WhatsApp.

* Understand customer requirements and explain our services and pricing clearly.

* Schedule appointments, site visits, inspections and service bookings.

* Coordinate with the field/service team regarding customer schedules.

* Follow up with customers for quotations, confirmations and payments.

* Maintain proper records of customer enquiries, follow-ups and bookings.

* Provide regular updates to customers regarding scheduled services.

* Ensure good customer service and build long-term customer relationships.

* Achieve monthly sales and follow-up targets.

Required Skills

* Good communication skills in English, Hindi and Marathi.

* Confident and polite while speaking with customers.

* Good convincing and sales skills.

* Basic knowledge of WhatsApp, calling and computer operations.

* Good follow-up and time-management skills.

* Ability to handle multiple customers and schedules.

* Previous experience in sales, telecalling or customer service will be an advantage.
