This position will support talent acquisition across all MarketMen Group businesses and verticals, not just BLook.

We are seeking enthusiastic, resourceful and result-oriented Talent Acquisition Specialists to manage end-to-end recruitment across our diverse businesses.

The role offers exposure to corporate recruitment, field workforce hiring, business development, operations, creative functions, digital and technology hiring, and managerial positions.

We need professionals who enjoy connecting with people, understand business requirements and can convert hiring needs into successful appointments.

Key Responsibilities1. End-to-End Recruitment

• Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle, from understanding manpower requirements to successful candidate joining.
• Source, screen, shortlist, interview and coordinate candidate selection.
• Work closely with business heads and department managers to understand hiring requirements.

2. Corporate & Field Hiring

• Recruit for operations, sales, business development, marketing, client servicing, creative, digital and technology roles.
• Manage high-volume recruitment for Field Executives, Feet-on-Street (FOS) teams, Team Leaders, Supervisors and City Managers.
• Support recruitment across Mumbai and other Indian cities.

3. Candidate Sourcing & Talent Pipeline

• Use LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, job portals, social media, employee referrals and recruitment networks.
• Develop alternative sourcing channels through colleges, training institutes, local placement partners and job fairs.
• Maintain an active database of qualified candidates for present and future requirements.

4. Interview Coordination & Onboarding

• Conduct preliminary interviews and assess candidate suitability.
• Coordinate interviews, follow-ups, salary discussions and joining formalities.
• Assist with documentation, reference checks and smooth onboarding.
• Maintain communication with candidates to minimise offer dropouts.

5. Recruitment Planning & Performance

• Prepare recruitment plans aligned with business requirements.
• Maintain accurate daily and weekly recruitment MIS.
• Track candidate pipelines, interviews, offers, joining conversions and recruitment timelines.
• Improve recruitment quality, turnaround time and early employee retention.

6. Collaboration & Business Support

• Coordinate directly with HR, Operations and Business Heads across group companies.
• Understand emerging manpower needs and proactively develop talent pools.
• Support new city launches, project-based recruitment and rapid team expansion.

Who Should Apply?We are looking for candidates with:

• 3–7 years of recruitment or talent acquisition experience.
• Experience handling both corporate and bulk/field hiring.
• Strong knowledge of recruitment portals and direct sourcing techniques.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple vacancies and coordinate with different departments.
• Strong follow-up skills, organisational discipline and a solution-oriented approach.
• Working knowledge of Excel, Google Sheets, recruitment trackers or ATS platforms.
• Experience recruiting for sales, BTL, retail, startups, merchant acquisition, events or technology businesses will be an advantage.
