Job Description

  • job ResponsibilitiesManage end-to-end recruitment and hiring processes.
  • Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn and other platforms.
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and department heads.
  • Handle employee onboarding and joining formalities.
  • Maintain employee records, attendance and HR documentation.
  • Manage employee engagement and internal communication.
  • Coordinate with different branches for HR-related activities.
  • Assist in payroll coordination, leave management and performance tracking.
  • Ensure smooth day-to-day HR operations.
