About the Role

We’re seeking a tech-savvy SEO Specialist who understands that the future of search is AIfirst. This role goes beyond keywords — it’s about mastering E-E-A-T signals, GEO-AIO (GeoAI Optimization), semantic content mapping, and AI-driven ranking factors to scale ASBS MBA’s organic visibility across India and global education markets. Key Responsibilities

🔍 AI & Search Strategy • Develop and execute SEO strategies aligned with AI search behavior, SGE (Search Generative Experience), and voice search.

• Optimize for Google, Bing, and AI discovery engines (ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity, etc.).

• Implement semantic search structures, knowledge graphs, and topic clusters for authority building.

📈 On-Page & Technical SEO • Conduct audits for Core Web Vitals, schema markup, site speed, and crawl health.

• Manage interlinking, canonical tags, XML sitemaps, and structured data for better indexing.

• Optimize meta data using AI-powered analysis tools for CTR improvement.

📊 Content & AI Integration • Collaborate with content teams to create human + AI-optimized long-form and microcontent.

• Use AI tools (e.g., SurferSEO, Frase, NeuronWriter, Jasper, ChatGPT) for ideation and optimization.

• Implement topic authority models and E-E-A-T frameworks to enhance trust and relevance.

📍 Local & GEO Optimization • Optimize ASBS MBA’s visibility for city-level searches, “near me” queries, and regional trends.

• Manage Google Business Profiles, local backlinks, maps optimization, and NAP consistency.

📑 Analytics & Reporting • Use GA4, Search Console, and AI-driven dashboards to monitor performance and identify growth levers.

• Report on KPIs such as organic traffic, conversion contribution, keyword rank share, and visibility index.

What You’ll Bring

• 3–5 years of experience in SEO / SEM / Growth Marketing.

• Deep understanding of AI-SEO, semantic search, and intent-based optimization.

• Proficiency with tools: GA4, GSC, Ahrefs, SEMrush, SurferSEO, Screaming Frog, and ChatGPT.

• Working knowledge of HTML, schema markup, and page speed optimization.

• Excellent communication, analytical, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

• Bachelor’s degree (MBA or certification in Digital Marketing preferred).
