Sales Executive

Job Role & Responsibilities

1. * Handle inbound calls received through the toll-free number.
2. * Understand customer requirements related to relocation and moving services.
3. * Explain company services, packages, and value-added services to customers.
4. * Prepare and share quotations based on customer requirements.
5. * Follow up with potential customers and convert enquiries into confirmed bookings.
6. * Achieve monthly booking and revenue targets.
7. * Identify sales opportunities and promote relevant relocation services.
8. * Negotiate with customers and assist them in making booking decisions.
9. * Maintain regular follow-ups with leads through calls and WhatsApp.
10. * Coordinate with the operations team to ensure smooth execution of confirmed bookings.
11. * Track shipments and provide timely updates to customers.
12. * Maintain proper records of enquiries, follow-ups, quotations, and bookings.
13. * Build strong customer relationships and encourage repeat/referral business.
14. * Ensure a smooth and professional customer experience throughout the sales and booking process.
