Job Summary

The Survey Executive will be responsible for conducting field surveys, collecting accurate information from individuals and communities, and supporting NGO projects through reliable data collection and reporting.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct door-to-door and field surveys as per project requirements.

Collect information through questionnaires, interviews, and surveys.

Interact professionally with beneficiaries, community members, and local stakeholders.

Verify and maintain accurate survey data and records.

Use mobile applications/tablets for digital data collection when required.

Identify and report issues, challenges, or important observations from the field.

Submit daily/weekly survey reports to the supervisor.

Coordinate with the NGO field team and project coordinators.

Maintain confidentiality of collected information.

Travel to assigned locations for field visits and surveys.

Complete assigned targets within the given timelines.

Follow NGO policies, survey guidelines, and ethical standards.

Required Skills

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Comfortable with fieldwork and travelling.

Basic knowledge of smartphones, mobile applications, and MS Office.

Ability to communicate with people from different backgrounds.

Good observation and data-recording skills.

Ability to work independently as well as in a team.

Responsible, punctual, and target-oriented.

Qualification & Experience

Education: 12th Pass / Graduate in any discipline.

Experience: Freshers can apply; experience in field surveys, NGO projects, social work, research, or field sales is an advantage.

Languages: Knowledge of the local language is preferred.

Number of surveys completed.

Accuracy and quality of collected data.

Timely submission of reports.

Successful completion of assigned field targets.
