About the Role:

Clancy Global Building Consultancy Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a motivated and result-oriented Marketing Executive to support the company's business development and marketing activities in the MEP Consultancy and Building Design sector.

The candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, developing client relationships, promoting our consultancy services, and supporting the company's growth across projects and markets.

Key Responsibilities

•Identify and generate new business leads for MEP consultancy and building design services.

•Research and identify potential clients, architects, developers, contractors, and project consultants.

•Contact prospective clients through calls, emails, LinkedIn, meetings, and other professional channels.

•Promote the company's MEP consultancy services, including Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, Fire Fighting, HVAC, and related building services.

•Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.

•Arrange client meetings and coordinate with the technical/design team for presentations and proposals.

•Prepare and share company profiles, service presentations, quotations, and proposals with prospective clients.

•Follow up with leads, enquiries, proposals, and ongoing business opportunities.

•Maintain accurate records of leads, client communications, meetings, and follow-ups.

•Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and new project opportunities.

•Identify upcoming residential, commercial, industrial, hospitality, and infrastructure projects.

•Coordinate with the management and technical team to convert leads into projects.

•Achieve monthly and quarterly marketing/business development targets.

•Represent Clancy Global professionally during client meetings, networking events, and industry interactions.

What We Are Looking For

•Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.

•Freshers with good communication and a strong interest in marketing/business development are welcome.

•1–3 years of experience in MEP consultancy, construction, architecture, engineering consultancy, or real estate marketing will be an advantage.

•Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

•Strong interpersonal and client relationship management skills.

•Confident and professional approach when communicating with clients.

•Good knowledge of MS Office, email, LinkedIn, and other digital communication platforms.

•Ability to generate leads and convert business opportunities.

•Willingness to travel for client meetings and business development activities when required.
