Job Description
We are looking for an enthusiastic Inside Sales Executive to join our team. You will connect with customers over calls, understand their requirements, explain our services, and help them with the right solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls and connect with potential customers.
- Understand customer requirements and provide suitable solutions.
- Explain services clearly and handle customer queries.
- Follow up with interested customers and maintain regular communication.
- Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
- Maintain customer details and update call records.
Requirements
- Good communication skills in English.
- Comfortable making sales calls and speaking with customers.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Prior telesales/inside sales experience will be an advantage.
