We are hiring for Customer Support + Telesales Executive

Key Responsibilities:
Cold Calling Leads: Contacting pre-screened databases, existing account holders, or cold prospects to pitch the bank's financial portfolio.
Product Cross-Selling & Up-Selling: Selling retail assets (personal/home loans), liability products (savings/current accounts), and financial services (credit cards, insurance, mutual funds).
Eligibility Assessment: Reviewing customer profiles, income levels, and pre-approval data to recommend the right banking products.
Interest Rate & Feature Explanation: Educating prospects on interest rates, processing fees, repayment tenures, and reward structures clearly and transparently.
KYC & Document Collection: Guiding interested customers through the initial application phase and detailing required identification and income proofs.
