HIRING | HR MANAGER - Vasai
📍Location: Vasai, Maharashtra
💼Experience: 5+ Years
🎓Qualification: Degree/ Master’s in HR, Law or equivalent
💰Salary: Varies on Experience Range Interview Performance
👤Role: Individual Contributor (IC)
🕐Employment: Full Time
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage PF, ESIC, PT amp; LWF compliance and statutory filings
* Handle Indian Labour Law compliance and government portals.
* Manage statutory audits, inspections and labour authorities.
* Ensure compliance under applicable Shops amp; Establishments / Factory / Contract Labour regulations.
* Handle POSH compliance and Internal Committee requirements.
* Maintain employee records, statutory registers and HR documentation.
* Manage day-to-day HR operations and compliance requirements.
