Job Description
Manage day-to-day finance and accounting operations of the dealership.
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and MIS reports.
Monitor cash flow, working capital, and bank reconciliations.
Oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger activities.
Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, ROC, and other statutory regulations.
Coordinate with auditors, banks, and financial institutions.
Prepare budgets, forecasts, and variance analysis for management.
Monitor vehicle inventory financing, vendor payments, and customer receivables.
Review dealership profitability and recommend cost-control measures.
Supervise and mentor the accounts and finance team.
Support management with financial analysis and business decision-making.
Ensure compliance with internal controls and manufacturer financial reporting requirements.
