Role Overview

We are looking for a performance marketer to manage Meta and Google advertising. Your primary goal will be to generate high-quality B2B enquiries and actively reconnect with interested leads.

Responsibilities

1. Campaign Management: Manage and optimise Meta and Google ad campaigns to drive B2B lead generation.

2. Retargeting Strategy: Retarget website visitors and audiences engaging with our Instagram and Facebook pages.

3. Creative Testing: Create target audiences and run A/B tests on ad copy using supplied product images and videos.

4. Technical Tracking: Monitor and maintain Meta Pixel, Google Analytics (GA4), and custom conversion tracking.

5. Data Monitoring: Constantly track ad spend, lead quality, and cost per enquiry (CPE).

6. Reporting: Share a simple weekly performance report alongside actionable improvement suggestions.

Requirements

1. Experience: 2 to 4 years of hands-on experience managing Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.

2. Industry Preference: Prior experience working with E-commerce, Fashion, Textiles, or B2B export brands is highly preferred.

3. Technical Skills: Strong understanding of retargeting funnels, lead generation setup, and end-to-end conversion tracking.

4. Key Metrics Knowledge: Proven ability to optimise for CPE (Cost Per Enquiry), CTR (Click-Through Rate), and ROAS (Return on Ad Spend).

5. Soft Skills: Clear communication skills and the ability to work independently.
