💼 Counter Sales Executive

Salary: ₹8,000 – ₹20,000 per month

Experience: Freshers and candidates with 0–1 years of experience can apply.

Responsibilities:

• Attend customers and understand their requirements.
• Explain cakes, products and prices to customers.
• Handle counter sales and billing/POS operations.
• Manage online and offline orders.
• Maintain product display and store cleanliness.
• Handle customer queries professionally.
• Support stock checking and daily store operations.
• Achieve assigned sales targets.

👨‍💼 Store ManagerSalary: ₹15,000 – ₹30,000 per month

Experience: 1–3 years preferred in bakery, food or QSR.

Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day cake shop operations.
• Supervise and guide store staff.
• Monitor attendance, grooming, discipline and performance.
• Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
• Handle customer complaints and ensure good customer service.
• Monitor stock, wastage and product display.
• Supervise billing, cash handling and online orders.
• Monitor Zomato/Swiggy orders.
• Maintain store hygiene and company standards.
• Prepare daily sales and operational reports.
• Coordinate with HR and management regarding staff and store requirements.

• Good communication and customer-handling skills.
• Presentable and professional personality.
• Strong teamwork and leadership skills.
• Basic computer/billing knowledge preferred.
• Retail, bakery, food or sales experience will be an advantage.
