Store Executive

The Store Executive will be responsible for receiving, inspecting, storing, issuing, and maintaining records of materials, components, and consumables required for production and other departments.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Store & Inventory Management,Receive and verify raw materials, components, bought-out items, consumables, and MRO items.
• Check materials against Purchase Orders (PO), delivery challans, and invoices.
• Maintain proper storage and identification of materials.
• Issue materials to Production, Assembly, Maintenance, and other departments as per approved requirements.
• Maintain accurate stock records and inventory levels.
• Conduct regular physical stock verification and reconciliation.
• Monitor minimum/maximum stock levels and inform the Purchase team about shortages.
• Documentation & ERP,Prepare and maintain GRN (Goods Receipt Note), Material Issue Slips, Stock Registers, and other store documents.
• Update material receipts and issues in ERP/Tally/SAP.
• Maintain proper records of incoming and outgoing materials.
• Coordinate with Purchase and Accounts regarding material and documentation discrepancies.
• Quality & Material Control,Coordinate with the Quality team for inspection of incoming materials.
• Segregate and identify rejected, damaged, or non-conforming materials.
• Ensure proper handling and storage to prevent material damage.
• Maintain proper identification and traceability of materials.

Required Skills:

• 0–2 years of experience in Stores/Inventory; freshers can also apply.
• Basic knowledge of inventory management and material handling.
• Knowledge of ERP /Tally is an advantage.
• Knowledge of MS Excel.
