Job Description – Continental & Italian ChefWe are looking for a skilled and passionate Continental & Italian Chef with expertise in preparing high-quality dishes, including pasta, pizza, risotto, grilled items, sauces, and other international specialties. The candidate will be responsible for food preparation, menu execution, presentation, maintaining food quality, and ensuring compliance with kitchen hygiene and safety standards.

• Prepare and present Continental and Italian dishes to high standards.
• Maintain consistency in taste, quality, and presentation.
• Manage daily food preparation and kitchen operations.
• Ensure proper food storage, hygiene, and sanitation.
• Monitor inventory, control food costs, and minimize wastage.
• Follow recipes, portion standards, and food safety guidelines.
• Coordinate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth and timely service.
• Assist in menu development and maintain kitchen cleanliness.
