About the Role

We are looking for a confident and target-oriented Telemarketing Executive to handle outbound calls, generate leads, promote company services, and convert prospects into potential customers.

• Roles & Responsibilities
• Make outbound calls to potential customers and generate leads.
• Explain and promote company products/services.
• Handle customer queries and provide relevant information.
• Follow up with leads and maintain regular communication.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling targets.
• Maintain customer and lead records.
• Generate sales opportunities through effective communication.
• Build and maintain positive customer relationships.
• Prepare daily call and sales reports.

• Required Skills
• Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi.
• Confident in telecalling and sales pitching.
• Good convincing and interpersonal skills.
• Target-oriented and self-motivated.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office/Excel.
• Ability to handle outbound calls professionally.
• Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment.
