Telecaller

We are looking for an experienced, confident and sales-oriented Telecaller / Patient Coordinator to join our healthcare clinic in Chembur, Mumbai.

The candidate will be responsible for calling prospective patients and online leads, understanding their requirements, explaining relevant treatments and procedures, following up with patients and converting genuine inquiries into clinic consultations and procedures.

Key Responsibilities

Call and follow up with patients and leads received through online platforms, advertisements, WhatsApp and other sources.

Explain surgical procedures and treatments to patients in a clear and professional manner.

Handle patient queries regarding procedures, appointments, approximate treatment process and clinic visits.

Convert genuine leads into consultation appointments and procedures.

Follow up systematically with patients who have not yet confirmed their appointment or treatment.

Maintain regular communication with existing and prospective patients.

Collect patient feedback after consultation/procedure and maintain proper records.

Coordinate appointments between patients and the clinic.

Handle WhatsApp communication and follow-ups when required.

Maintain daily calling and conversion reports.

Achieve assigned monthly calling, appointment and conversion targets.

Candidate Requirements

Graduate preferred.

1–3 years of experience in telecalling, healthcare sales, hospital/clinic coordination, insurance, medical sales or a similar role preferred.

Excellent communication and convincing skills.

Strong sales and follow-up ability.

Comfortable speaking in English, Hindi and Marathi.

Confident, disciplined and target-oriented.

Should be comfortable discussing medical procedures with patients in a professional manner.

Experience in healthcare or surgical procedures will be an advantage.

Important

This is not a basic calling/data-entry position. We are looking for someone who can confidently communicate with patients, follow up consistently and contribute to patient acquisition and conversion.

Candidates with proven experience in healthcare telecalling, patient counselling or sales conversion will be preferred.
