Job Description

  • 💼 Key Responsibilities:Make outbound calls to existing and potential customers.
  • Explain our products, applications, benefits, pricing and offers clearly to customers.
  • Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.
  • Follow up with customers regularly through calls and WhatsApp.
  • Generate leads and convert enquiries into orders.
  • Take customer orders directly over the phone and coordinate with the sales/dispatch team.
  • Maintain proper records of calls, enquiries, follow-ups and orders.
  • Develop and maintain good relationships with customers.
  • Follow up on pending quotations and enquiries to improve conversions.
  • Achieve monthly sales targets through consistent calling and follow-up.
  • Contribute towards increasing repeat orders and overall sales.
