Job Description
Handle customer queries and provide accurate resolutions.
Assist customers through voice/chat/email as per process requirements.
Maintain excellent English communication and customer-handling skills.
Understand customer concerns and provide appropriate solutions.
Handle complaints professionally and ensure customer satisfaction.
Maintain quality, productivity, and process adherence.
Document customer interactions accurately in the system.
Follow company policies, procedures, and data-security guidelines.
Achieve assigned KPIs and service-level targets.
Coordinate with internal teams when escalation is required.
Maintain a professional and positive attitude while dealing with customers.
Candidates with International BPO / Customer Service experience preferred.
