Telecaller

Job Title: Telecaller – Merchant Support

About the Role:

We are looking for a motivated Telecaller to support our merchant partners across the TOSS journey. In this role, you will assist merchants with onboarding, guide them through our payment and EMI services, and resolve their queries over the phone. This is a full-time, office-based position with an attractive incentive structure that allows you to earn beyond your fixed salary based on performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Contact new merchants and guide them through the onboarding process
• Explain the TOSS payment and EMI offerings clearly and accurately
• Address merchant queries in a professional and helpful manner
• Resolve issues on call or escalate them to the relevant team when required
• Follow up with merchants to ensure timely resolution of their concerns
• Maintain accurate records of all interactions

Eligibility Criteria:

• 12th pass or Graduate in any discipline
• Strong communication skills in Hindi and English
• A polite, clear, and confident telephone manner
• Basic proficiency with computers and mobile applications
• Freshers are welcome to apply; prior experience is an added advantage

Preferred Skills:

• Previous experience in a call center, customer support, or telecalling role
• Familiarity with payments, EMI, or merchant-facing services
