Job Description
We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Telesales Executive to join our plant-based protein company in Mumbai. The role involves handling inbound and outbound customer calls, assisting customers who need support while placing orders through our website, resolving product and order-related queries, and converting inquiries into sales. The candidate will guide customers through the online ordering process, follow up on leads, maintain accurate customer records, and ensure a seamless customer experience while achieving sales targets. The ideal candidate should have 1–3 years of experience in telesales or customer support, possess excellent communication skills in English (knowledge of Hindi/Marathi will be an added advantage), be confident in interacting with customers, and have basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM systems.
