Job Description

We are looking for a hands-on IT Services / Custom Software Sales professional who can independently manage the complete sales cycle—from prospecting and discovery to proposal, negotiation and closure.

  • Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify and target potential B2B accounts with researcher support.
  • Generate opportunities through outbound prospecting and connect with CXOs, Founders, CTOs, COOs and Business Heads.
  • Understand business requirements and sell custom software, system integration and AI-enabled solutions.
  • Coordinate with technical/architecture teams for solutioning, scope and proposals.
  • Own the complete sales cycle and close high-value IT-services engagements.
  • Maintain strong follow-up discipline, pipeline visibility and CRM hygiene.
  • Requirements5–8 years of experience in B2B IT Services / Custom Software Sales.
  • Proven experience of personally closing ₹10L–₹50L custom software / IT-services deals.
  • Strong experience in outbound lead generation and new business development.
  • Excellent consultative selling, negotiation and communication skills.
  • Comfortable dealing with senior decision-makers.
  • International client/overseas sales experience is preferred.
