Job Description – Vehicle Documentation Executive

Job Summary

We are looking for a Vehicle Documentation Executive with 1–2 years of experience in handling vehicle insurance policies and RTO-related work. The candidate will be responsible for coordinating documentation, policy renewals, RTO processes, customer follow-ups, and maintaining accurate records.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Handle vehicle insurance policy issuance, renewal and documentation.
• Coordinate for RTO-related documentation and processes.
• Verify vehicle and customer documents for accuracy and completeness.
• Follow up with customers for pending documents and payments.
• Coordinate with insurance companies, RTO agents and other stakeholders.
• Maintain records of insurance policies, RTO documents and transactions.
• Track policy renewals, transfers and other vehicle-related requirements.
• Prepare basic reports and maintain data in Excel.

Required Skills

• 1–2 years of experience in vehicle insurance and/or RTO-related work.
• Good knowledge of motor insurance policies and documentation.
• Basic understanding of RTO processes and vehicle documents.
• Good communication and customer-handling skills.
• Basic MS Excel / MS Office knowledge.
• Good follow-up and coordination skills.
• Attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple documentation tasks.

Good to Have

• Experience working with an automobile dealership, insurance agency, RTO consultancy or vehicle-related company.
• Knowledge of vehicle transfer, RC, ownership change and insurance renewal processes.

Qualification

• Graduate / HSC or equivalent.
• Experience: 1–2 years
• Location: Kandivali, Mumbai
• Work Mode: Work From Office (WFO)
