Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Record daily accounting transactions and maintain accurate records.
- Prepare invoices and verify billing details.
- Assist in accounts payable and receivable activities.
- Perform bank, ledger, stock, and Tally reconciliations.
- Assist in GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance work.
- Maintain vouchers, invoices, and supporting documents.
- Follow up on pending payments and account-related issues.
- Assist in dispatch billing and documentation.
- Prepare basic accounts reports and provide timely updates to seniors.
- Support the senior accounts team in day-to-day accounting activities.
Handle daily accounting entries in Tally ERP/Tally Prime.
Perform bank reconciliation and maintain banking records.
Manage general banking-related activities.
Maintain invoices, vouchers, and financial documents.
Assist in GST, TDS, and other accounting tasks.
Ensure accurate and timely accounting records.
