Job Description

Qualifications & Core Specs

  • Education: B.E. / B.Tech or Diploma in Civil Engineering.
  • Experience: 1–8+ years in multi-story residential real estate / redevelopment site execution.
  • Key Skills: Drawing reading (RCC/Architectural), quality control, billing verification, and contractor management.
  • Location: Site-based (Full-time).

Top 5 Core Responsibilities

  • Execution: Direct supervision of daily structural (slab, RCC) and finishing works as per sanctioned drawings.
  • Scheduling: Setting and monitoring daily/weekly site targets to maintain project timelines.
  • Quality & Safety: Inspection of raw materials, rebar, shuttering, concrete pours, and enforcing site safety standards.
  • Contractor Management: Allocating labor, checking physical measurements, and certifying contractor RA bills.
  • Reporting & Tracking: Maintaining Daily Progress Reports (DPR), material reconciliation, and logbook entries.
